Please fill out the form in full below, remember that this is not a guaranteed reservation until you have received confirmation from us. Once your requested time and date has been recorded and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation, and the specific time and day can be considered all yours.
Please understand that certain hours may already have been booked so please include an alternate time. If you are booking within a week of your wedding date it would be better for you to give us a call at 865/453-9117 to make a reservation over the phone. Please call from 9am to 9pm EST.

Please print your WEDDING DATE on your check and make sure the NAME on your reservation is on that check as well. (Otherwise you will confuse us)
After we receive your check or money order, (Should be sent with in 3 days from booking) we will send you a final confirmation of your date, time, and money received. All confirmations are sent via email unless otherwise requested.
The deposit amount is 50% of the total (unless you have a 2-tier cake), If you have a 2-tier cake, the deposit amount is the retail cost of the cake plus 50% of the remainder (ie, if your cake is $120 and your wedding is $110, your deposit amount is $175.) If you need to cancel for any reason after your confirmation has been sent out by us, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your wedding date no refunds will be issued. If you have a verifiable medical emergency within the 14 days prior to your wedding date we can reschedule the service, but it will become non-refundable.
You must check the Super Saver box only if you want this option.

To Skype the service to your family, your cabin must have internet access and you have to provide the Skype account name of the family member who will be recieving the Skype call.
