Once your requested time and date has been recorded and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation, and the specific time and day can be considered all yours.

Please print your WEDDING DATE on your check and make sure the NAME on your reservation is on that check as well. (Otherwise you will confuse us)

After we receive your check or money order, (Should be sent with in 3 days from booking) we will send you a final confirmation of your date, time, and money received. All confirmations are sent via email unless otherwise requested.

If you need to cancel for any reason after your confirmation has been sent out by us, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your wedding date no refunds will be issued. If you have a verifiable medical emergency within the 14 days prior to your wedding date we can reschedule the service. For National Park weddings, $100 of the $145 deposit is non-refundable. For all other outdoor weddings, deposit amount is $45.00

Great Smoky Mountain National Park Weddings

This includes a keepsake certificate and minister's fee at either the Greenbriar River location or Cataract Falls. All fees and permits are included.

Please choose a location you would like to be married at:

Keep in mind we need 2 weeks to submit your permit request to the National Park. Times and location are subject to availablity from the park.

The deposit for a National Park wedding is $145.00, of which $100 is non-refundable. We will not accept a deposit on a park wedding until we verify availability with the National Park Service.

*You may take the cake with you from your outdoor wedding location, or you may have it delivered at no extra charge to one of our area's fine restaurants for your reception. We will be happy to help you make reservations.
