Once your requested time and date has been recorded and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation, and the specific time and day can be considered all yours.

Please print your WEDDING DATE on your check and make sure the NAME on your reservation is on that check as well. (Otherwise you will confuse us)
After we receive your check or money order, (Should be sent with in 3 days from booking) we will send you a final confirmation of your date, time, and money received. All confirmations are sent via email unless otherwise requested.
If you need to cancel for any reason after your confirmation has been sent out by us, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your wedding date no refunds will be issued. If you have a verifiable medical emergency within the 14 days prior to your wedding date we can reschedule the service. For National Park weddings, $100 of the deposit is non-refundable. For all other weddings, deposit amount is 1/2 of the total.
